ZEVUM CONSULTING · INDEPENDENT DELIVERY REVIEW

Find out what is really getting in the way of reliable digital delivery.

An independent 5-day review that identifies material delivery problems, examines the evidence behind them, and gives management practical recommendations on what to address next.

Standard engagement · US$650 · 5 working days · Remote

When this is useful

Designed for delivery problems that are costing time, confidence or momentum.

01

Delivery keeps slipping

Projects repeatedly miss dates, commitments move, or work carries over without a clear explanation of why.

02

Management lacks a clear view

Reporting exists, but leadership still cannot confidently see where delivery is getting stuck or what needs attention.

03

The team is busy but progress is uneven

There is substantial activity, yet outcomes remain inconsistent and the underlying delivery constraints are unclear.

This is a diagnostic and advisory engagement. It is not outsourced project management, software implementation, HR assessment or a promise of a particular business outcome.

How it works

A controlled engagement from qualification to final report.

1

Request

Tell us about the delivery situation and what you need help understanding.

2

Qualify & define

We confirm fit, scope, deliverables, evidence needs and the Definition of Done before the engagement starts.

3

Agree & commence

The Engagement Agreement is accepted and the initial US$325 payment clears before formal commencement.

4

Review & analyse

We examine the agreed evidence, validate material information and perform the professional analysis.

5

Finalise & deliver

Findings and recommendations are quality-checked and finalised. The remaining US$325 then becomes due, and the final report is delivered once payment has cleared.

What you receive

A decision-useful report, not a pile of generic advice.

  • Clear engagement objective and agreed scope
  • Evidence-based material findings
  • Important evidence limitations or unresolved points
  • Practical recommendations linked to the findings
  • Implementation considerations, dependencies and risks where relevant
  • A structured final report for internal business use

What stays outside the engagement

Unless separately agreed, the audit does not include implementation, administration of your tools, management of your staff, ongoing project management or creation of work outside the agreed scope.

If material issues are discovered outside scope, they may be identified as such without silently expanding the engagement.

Who conducts the review?

Led by practical delivery and business experience.

Gary Goldie

Gary Goldie brings more than 30 years of experience across project management, software-business leadership, remote delivery teams and client engagements. His experience includes founding and leading software businesses at CEO level, as well as working across PRINCE, Scrum and AgilePM environments.

The review combines practical delivery and senior management experience with a structured, evidence-based diagnostic process. Its purpose is to give management an independent view of what is materially affecting delivery — not to sell an implementation programme.

Final report releaseThe agreed final report is delivered after Finalisation and once the remaining US$325 payment has cleared.
ConfidentialityEngagement information is handled under the agreed confidentiality and data controls. A separate NDA can be considered where appropriate.

Request an Audit

Start with the situation, not a sales call.

Give us enough context to determine whether the audit is a sensible fit. Submitting this form does not commit you to purchase and does not create an engagement.

What happens next: your request is reviewed for fit. If it is suitable, we will clarify anything necessary and define the engagement before any payment is requested.
