Digital Delivery Policy

1. Delivery method

ZEVUM products are delivered electronically. After successful payment confirmation, the customer will receive access or download instructions through the delivery process associated with the product.

2. Delivery timing

Delivery is intended to begin automatically after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction. Occasional delays may occur while payment confirmation, fraud screening or other security checks complete.

3. Customer information

The purchaser should provide a valid email address and keep the transaction reference supplied by the payment provider. These details may be needed to resolve a delivery issue.

4. If delivery does not arrive

Check the relevant inbox and spam/junk folders, then contact with the purchaser's email address and transaction reference. We will verify the payment and assist with access.

5. Digital files

Customers are responsible for saving their supplied files securely and using software capable of opening the stated file formats.
