1. About these terms

ZEVUM is currently operated by Gary Goldie in South Africa. These terms apply when you use this website or purchase a ZEVUM digital product. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

2. Digital products

Product pages describe what is included, the price and the intended delivery method. We aim to present product information accurately and will correct material errors when identified.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through the secure payment and digital-delivery providers identified during checkout. We do not ask customers to send card details directly to ZEVUM.

4. Licence and intellectual property

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants the customer a non-transferable licence to use and adapt the supplied materials in their own personal or professional work, including projects they manage or deliver. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with ZEVUM. The original product files, templates and supporting materials may not be resold, redistributed, republished, sublicensed, shared as a template pack, or presented as the customer's own product.

5. Appropriate use

Templates and guidance are practical working aids. They do not replace professional legal, financial, tax, compliance or other regulated advice where that advice is required.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve products, correct errors or update website content. Material changes will not remove rights already granted for a completed purchase.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
